The 3 price types to manage in PrestaShop
Product price (pre-tax)
Combination impact price
Specific price rules
Method 1: CSV price import
Export your catalog with ID and pre-tax price columns. Calculate new prices in Excel (×1.05 for +5%). Re-import with only these two columns to avoid overwriting other data. Risk: if an ID is incorrect, the price is modified on the wrong product.
Method 2: Seegea grid
Open the pre-tax Price column in Seegea. Select all products (or a category filter). Enter a formula (+5%, -10%, fixed value). Seegea previews new prices before pushing. Ctrl+Z rollback on error.
| Scenario | Native CSV | Seegea |
|---|---|---|
| +5% on 10,000 products | 1h (export + Excel + import) | 10 min (formula) |
| Combination impact prices | Separate complex CSV | Dedicated column |
| Rollback on error | Restore backup | Ctrl+Z 1 click |
| Preview before push | No | Yes |
| Filter by category before edit | No | Yes |

Prices and SEO: the forgotten impact
Schema.org structured data (price, availability) is indexed by Google. A price edited but not updated in the sitemap or rich snippets can create inconsistencies. Seegea re-submits Schema data via the PrestaShop API on every edit.
Built in France between Annecy and Chantilly. Official Seegea PrestaShop module v3.9.1, compatible with 1.7, 8 and 9.
